There are several other dominant Iowa casinos, including Harrah’s Council Bluffs, with 28,250 square feet, 1,212 slots, and 39 table games.

A tinier Iowa gambling den is the Diamond Jo, a water based casino in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 one armed bandits, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend water based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 sq.ft., 535 slots, and 14 table games. Another Iowa paddle wheel boat casino, The Isle of Capri, is open 24 hours, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slots, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. riverboat casino in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live productions, and Thursday twenty-one matches.

Iowa casinos present an awesome deal of tax money to the commonwealth of Iowa, which has enabled the funding of a lot of commonwealth wide projects. Visitors have grown at a rapid percentage accompanied with the requirement for companies and a gain in employment.
